Adam Scott Lilly

With heavy hearts and unbearable pain, we announce the passing of Adam S. Lilly, 40 of Beaver, WV. Adam left this world on February 9, 2025, at Cleveland Clinic.

He was an assistant manager of Lowes in Lewisburg, WV.

Adam was known for his love of animals, his quick wit, big heart, love of travel, and his collection of gemstones. He saw the beauty in so many different things. Adam had a contagious smile that would light up any room.

Adam was preceded in death by a brother Don, a sister Rachel, and maternal grandmother Eileen Mann.

Survivors left to cherish his memory include the love of his life of 22 years, Hobert Michael Hunt; his mother and father, Nancy and Jim Ellison; a sister  Carrie Shrewsberry; and mother-in-law Tammy Hunt.

He also leaves behind a special cousin Michael Smith and wife Lisa, and also a second mom Kathy Brewer.

Adam will be missed by so many friends, too numerous to name.

Our hearts will never recover.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley, WV on Tuesday February 18, 2025  at 1:00 PM with Rev. Susan Claytor officiating. Entombment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity, WV. Friends may visit the family from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
