Amy Michelle Lilly Cecil, age 48, of Mabscott, WV passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at her home following a long illness.

Born on September 27,1977 in Beckley, she was the daughter of Helen "Hana" Richmond Lilly of MacArthur and the late Clarence Lilly.

Amy was a 1996 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, and a life long resident of Raleigh County. She was of the Baptist faith. Prior to being disabled, Amy worked at Little General Stores for 18 years. Her greatest accomplishment was becoming a mom. Her son, Brian was everything to her, and the reason she fought to live every day.

Amy was preceded in death by her dad, Clarence Lilly, grandparents Raymond and Margaret Gibson, and her Nana Bobbie Lilly.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory are her pride and joy, her son Brian Cecil; her mom Hana Lilly; sister Jenifer and husband Greg Dixon; brother David Lilly and his wife Aimee; loving niece Abby Dixon; special care giver Mary Kincaid; Cameron Blair (who she loved like a son), loving uncle Mike Richmond; her fur baby Rocky, and a host of other family members.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Amos E. Quesenberry Peace Chapel of Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home in Beckley, WV on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 2:00 PM with Bishop Jessie Farley officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity, WV. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services at the funeral home on Thursday.

Pallbearers will be David Lilly, Aaron Lilly, Greg Dixon, Allen Dixon, Wesley Lilly, and Rob Kincaid.
