Brad Edward Allen

Brad Edward Allen, age 47, of Shady Spring, WV went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 2, 2025.

Born July 27, 1977 in Beckley, WV, he was the beloved son of David and Linda Allen of Flat Top, WV.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife and soulmate of almost 28 years, Crystal Allen of Shady Spring; two daughters, Maranda Pack and husband Nathan of Jumping Branch; Sydney Allen and family Lucas Willis, Jaycee Willis and Evelyn Willis of Beckley; one grandson due in August; one brother and hunting buddy Shannon Allen and wife Brenda of Beaver; one nephew and 5 nieces.

After graduating from Pikeview High School, Brad obtained his contractor's license and did commercial, residential and concrete work. He was currently employed with Rock Solid Construction.

Brad taught Sunday School and was a lifelong member of West Raleigh Baptist Church where his pawpaw, Reverend Cleve Allen, pastored for over 40 years.

Brad's love for hunting and the outdoors grew with each passing year. The last few years he developed a love and passion for coyote hunting and had started a YouTube Channel called Predator Frenzy. Brad loved not only to hunt but to research and share what he learned with others. The smile and happiness it brought him to "bang flop" a coyote was priceless. Brad also enjoyed working out and spending time with his friends at Performance Fitness. He never met a stranger and could talk to anyone.

Brad was so much to so many people. A husband, a father, son, brother, brother in Christ, friend, hunting buddy and so much more. He will be grieved and deeply missed by so many.

Funeral services will be held at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home, Shady Spring Chapel on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 1 PM with Pastor Billy Pate officiating.
