Broma "B.J." Jean Dalton

Broma Jean Dalton, age 65, of Crab Orchard, WV passed away on August 22, 2025  at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.

Born on December 1,1959 in Beckley, she was the daughter of Betty Bare Hall of Beckley, and the late Leonard Earl Hall.

B.J., as she was known by her family and friends had worked as a sales clerk for Lowe's, and also as a reproduction specialist at BJW Printing in Beckley.

She was of the Baptist faith, and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Those survivors, other than her mother, Betty, include her son Jason Dalton of Crab Orchard; a grandson Azavior Dalton, and a granddaughter Briauna Dalton, both of Beckley; her long time companion John Atwood of Crab Orchard; a sister Colleen McGrady of Maryland; a nephew, Billy McGrady and a niece Katrina McGrady, both of Maryland; an uncle, Clyde  Bare Jr., and wife Nora of Crab Orchard .

Many friends too numerous to name also survive.

Per her personal wishes, B.J. was cremated, and requested no services to be held.

A Celebration of Life  will be held at a later date.
