Charles David Lively

Charles David Lively, age 78, of Beckley, WV, passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.

Born on March 24, 1947 in Beckley, WV, he was the son of the late James Darrell Lively and Kathleen Parrish Lively.

Mr. Lively was a retired auto body repairman, having owned and operated 3 East Autobody at Eccles, WV.

He was a member of Harper Heights Missionary Baptist Church, and enjoyed hunting, and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant brother, Darrell Lively.

Those survivors left to cherish his memory include his wife of 60 years, Geneva Wilson Lively;  two sons, Steven W. Lively and wife, Nikki of Beckley, and Darrell E. Lively and wife, Linda of Fairdale; a daughter, Lisa A. Bearfield and husband, Jonathan of Beckley; a sister, Sandra O'Toole and husband Tom of Maryland; ten grandchildren, Tonia Fox, Tiffany Coulter, Gunter Clyburn, Steven Wayne Lively II, Kasey Lively, McKenna Toney, Charles "Chuck" Lively, Rachael Lyons, David Bearfield, and Megan Bostic and twenty-one great grandchildren also survive.

Family and friends may visit together on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 from 1:00 PM until 2:00PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home in Beckley, WV. Graveside rites and Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Beckley, WV at 2:30 PM with Pastor Delmas Cox officiating.

Pallbearers will be Steven Lively, Darrell Lively, Charles "Chuck" Lively, Jonathan Bearfield, Hunter Bostic, Steve Lively II, and Gunter Clyburn.
