Cheryl Annette Farnsworth

Cheryl Annette Farnsworth, age 56, of Flat Top, WV passed away at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV on Friday, March 27, 2026.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 28, 1969, she was the daughter of Arnold Lilly Princeton, WV, and the late Susie Moye Lilly.

Mrs. Farnsworth was a retired manage of Rite Aid, and enjoyed fishing, camping, and riding motorcycles.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory, other than her father, Arnold Lilly include her husband of 15 years, Harold Farnsworth; two children, Robert Petrella of Mabscott, and Katelynn Petrella and partner of Josh Deal of Flat Top; grandchildren Logan Petrella, Ava Conner, Skylar Perez, Avory Deal, and Samuel Deal; step children, Marc Farnsworth of South Dakota, Samantha Farnsworth and her daughter "Lu" of South Dakota, and Olivia Farnsworth of Bridgeport; two sisters, Theresa Schremm and husband Gary of North Olmsted, OH, and Drema Mills of North Olmsted, OH; a nephew Brandon Mills.

A memorial service to Celebrate The Life Of Cheryl Farnsworth will be held at the Amos E. Quesenberry Chapel of Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home in Shady Spring, WV on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 7:00 PM, with Pastor Keith Manning officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services on Thursday at the funeral home.
