Cheryl "Sherry" Lynn Bell

Cheryl Lynn Bell, age 64, of Coal City, WV passed away at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.

Born on December 14, 1959 in Mullens, she was the daughter of the late Robert James Hansford Sr. and Iris Lorene Jarrell Hansford.

Sherry Bell as she was known by all, was a homemaker and sold Lime Life Cosmetics as a business. She held a degree in drafting, and enjoyed spending  time with her family, and also loved 4-Wheeling.  She was a member of the Glen White Church of God.

In addition to her parents, Sherry Bell was preceded in death by her husband James Bell;  by siblings Randy Darrell Hansford and Teresa Ann White.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her daughter Kristi Hutchens of Beckley; three step-children; many grandchildren whom she loved  very much; three brothers, Danny Ray Hansford and  wife Collette of  East Gulf, Robert James Hansford  Jr. of Coal City, and Gerald Hansford and wife Diana of Coal City; a sister Tina Louise Price of Beckley; several nieces and  nephews also survive.

Graveside rites and burial will be held at the Hot Coal Cemetery at Coal City on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 11 AM with Rev. Kenny Shrewsbury officiating.

There will be no visitation.
