Curtis Arthur Kossel

Curtis Arthur Kossel, age 71, of Beckley, WV passed away Saturday, June 29, 2024 at St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, WV following a long illness.

Born February 11, 1953, he was the son of the late Arthur Kossel and Lila Lynn Pollard Kossel.

He was preceded in death by triplet brothers David, Danny and Darrel Kossel; his step brother Kirk Britton; his wife of 24 years Adele Chapman.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Tammy Hutchinson and Jenifer Whyte; his sister Deborah Kossel; step children Roger Chapman, Sandra Lilly, Kathy Pack, Michael Chapman and Beth Matherly; his step brother Rob Britton and a step sister Debbie Johnson.  Also surviving are many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, as well as extended family members and friends.

Curt loved  to fish, loved to travel and was an excellent cook. He worked many jobs throughout his life including being a  truck driver, CNA  and also as  security. He last worked at and retired from Beckley Walmart

There will be no service.
