Danny Gene Harrah

Danny Gene Harrah, age 69, of Beaver, WV passed away at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV on August 14, 2025.

Born on August 22, 1955 in Beckley, he was the son of the late Elgie Harrah and Arbutus Stover Harrah.

Danny was a retired machinist, and enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time.

In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by two brothers Elgie Harrah, and David Carl Harrah; a sister Shirley Harrah Edwards.

Those survivors left to cherish his memory include his siblings, Margie Eileen Harrah, Abbie Hawks and husband Wayne, and Charles Leslie Harrah and wife Denise, all of Baltimore, MD.

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Amos E. Quesenberry Peace Chapel of Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home in Beckley, WV on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow at the Grandview Cemetery at Grandview, WV. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services on Sunday at the funeral home.
