Debra "Debbie" Denise Angle Epling

Debra Denise Angle "Debbie" Epling, age 58, of Maxwell Hill, Beckley, WV, passed away at Raleigh General Hospital on Thursday, September 1, 2016, following a sudden illness.

Born on August 22, 1958, in Beckley, she was daughter of Bucilla "Brookie" Hughes Angle of Midway and the late Paul Angle.

Debbie was involved with West Virginia Miners' Baseball Team in Beckley. She was an active member at the Bolt Church of God, where she also served in the church food bank. Her life was taking care of her husband and children.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her husband of 27 years, Tim Epling; her children, Kendrick and Kayla, both at home; a brother, Gary Angle and his wife, Sara of Beckley, sister, Eva Richmond and her husband, Darrell, of Beckley; nieces, Missy Young, Andrea Lafferty, Krista Richmond, Elizabeth Epling, Alexandria Epling, Mya Epling; nephews, Derrick Richmond and Andrew Smith; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Douglas and Linda K. Epling of Maxwell Hill, Beckley; brother-in-law, Gary Epling and wife, Stacy, of Beckley, and Matt Epling and wife, Brenda, of Coal City. Special friends, Pastor Randy and Carol Pugh of Bolt, and Connie Miller of Crab Orchard also survive.


Funeral services will be conducted to Celebrate the Life of Debra Denise Epling on Sunday, September 4, 2016, at 6 PM at the Family Worship Center, 224 Pinewood Drive, Beckley, WV, with Bishop Jarrod Pugh officiating.

Burial will follow at the Epling-Matherly Cemetery at Flat Top.

Friends may visit with the family at the church from 3 PM until 6 PM on Sunday. Pallbearers will be Kenny Maiolo, Joe Maiolo, Tony Maiolo, Robert Maiolo, Gary Fauber, Chris Davis, Rob Brockman and Kevin Reedy. Honorary pallbearers are members of the West Virginia Miners' Baseball Team, Coaches and Dave Gentry.
