Dennis Keith Blackburn

Dennis Keith Blackburn, age 69, of Beckley, WV passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024 at his home.

Born on December 14, 1954 in Bradley, he was the  son of the late Carl Blackburn and Evelyn Allen Blackburn.

Mr. Blackburn had worked in  the automobile industry in his family owned business of Blackburn Ford in Oak Hill.

In addition to his parents, he was  preceded in death by sisters Patricia Tucker and Linda Tyler; a brother Charlie Blackburn; a nephew Scottie Tyler.

Those survivors left to cherish his memory include his life partner Betty Harrah of Beckley; brothers Carl Lee Blackburn and wife Ginger of Charleston, Gary Blackburn and wife Rita of Oak Hill, Mark Blackburn and companion Lynn of Pipestem; a sister-in-law Sharon Blackburn of Oak Hill; nine nieces and nephews, and a multitude great nieces and nephews. Special friends, Terry Ellison, Jerry (Preacher man) and wife Linda Ramsey, along with "Mandy". Two daughters, Chasity and Dee, addresses unknown.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 3 PM with Bishop Brian White officiating. Burial will follow at the Harrah Cemetery at Backus Mountain.  Friends may visit with the family from 6 PM until 9 PM on Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
