Deta K. Duncan

Deta K. Duncan of Danese,  WV gained her Heavenly Wings on  June 26, 2024 following a short battle with cancer.

She was born April 15, 1958 and was the daughter of the late Billie Louise (Pugh) Dawson  of Layland, WV. She attended Stanaford New Beginnings Church at Stanaford.

Preceding her in death other than her mother,  was a sibling Anna Rose.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her husband of 49 years, Roy Duncan; daughters Tara Kinder (Chris), and Jennifer Hamm (Shane); grandchildren Dakota Wiseman( Nicole), Adam Hamm and Jada Wiseman; one great grandson;  siblings, Cheyenne (Jimbo) Martin, Carmilla Pugh,  and Duana Cooper;  special sisters in law, Debra Duncan  and Lisa Crowe, along with several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Stanaford New Beginnings Church with Pastor Lonnie Grear officiating.
