Donna Joy Ellison

Donna Joy Ellison, age 75, of Beaver, WV passed away on May 23, 2026 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.

Born on May 16, 1951 in Rainelle, WV, she was the daughter the late Clarence Ellison and Norma Guyer Ellison.

Donna, as she was known by family and friends, was a former employee of Carper Auto Parts in Rainelle, and later Fisher's Auto Parts in Beckley.

She began working in 1969, immediately after graduation from Nutall High School.

Donna was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 199 Gunter Road, Beckley, WV.

She was preceded in death by a brother William "Billy" Ellison.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her sister, Karen Bevins and husband Clyde of Staunton, Virginia; three brothers, David Ellison of Charmco,  WV,  Gary Ellison and  wife Annette of Kannapolis, NC, and Paul Ellison and wife Tammy of Kannapolis, NC. A sister-in-law, Jannie. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate The Life Of Donna Joy Ellison will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 199 Gunter Road, Beckley, WV on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM, with Speaker Terry Sizemore officiating. A gathering of family and friends will  be from 1:00 PM until service  time at the church on Saturday.
