Elizabeth Ann Shrewsbury

Elizabeth Ann Shrewsbury, age 50, of Huntington, WV passed away at her home on Monday, June 10, 2024.

Born on June 1, 1974 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, she was the daughter of Sheryl Meints Hedrick Penniman of Green Valley, Missouri, and the late Doug Hedrick.

Beth, as she was known by family and friends had worked in the restaurant industry, and had spent her childhood in Missouri and Mullens, WV.

In addition to her father, Beth was preceded in death by a brother Robert Hedrick; special uncle and aunt, James Ingram Sr. and Linda Ingram;  Beth's godfather, Robert Meints.

Those  survivors left to cherish her memory include her mother, Sheryl Penniman of Green Valley, Missouri; two sons, Austin Shrewsbury of  Wyco, and Dakota Shrewsbury of Huntington, with whom they shared their home;  sisters,  Danielle Niccoli of Blue Springs, Missouri, Kelly Huxel and  husband Tony of Washington, Missouri, Emily Hedrick Sabin of Mullens,  WV, and Honey Robins of Mullens, WV.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service will be held at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley, WV on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 7 PM with Pastor Lucas Shrewsberry officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services on Tuesday at the  funeral home.
