Franklin Joe Ortiz

Frank was born on November 6, 1943 in Helen, WV to the late Robert and Mary Kozma Ortiz. He passed on June 4, 2024 in his home in Scarbro, WV with his family by his side.

He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Mary Ortiz, his brother Robert Ortiz Jr, his sister Josephine (Petsie) Pigg, and his nephew Sam Wallace.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 58 yrs Nancy Ortiz, His four children Franklin Joe Ortiz Jr, John Robert Ortiz (Jennifer) Jeffrey Alan Ortiz (Beth) and Brenda Joyce Ortiz (Tina). He Had 18 grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren with 2 more Greats coming this year. Countless nieces and nephews, Many extended family members, and boundless friends.

Frank never met a stranger and would help anyone who needed it! Frank will truly be missed.
