Gary Dean Beverly

Gary Dean Beverly, age 78, of Crab Orchard, WV passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family and friends.

He was born on  March 12, 1946 at Wolf Pen, WV  to the late Guy and Violet Allen Beverly.

Mr. Beverly was a graduate of Pineville High School Class of 1965. He retired from Cabot Oil and Gas. through out his life he was an avid West Virginia University and Cincinnati Reds fan.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Beverly was preceded in death by brothers Connie, Bobby and Gerald; by sisters Joann Dominick and Patricia England.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Sabrina Erickson, Bobbie Mitchem and husband Rick, and Gary Beverly Jr., and wife Tabatha; grandchildren Attorney Patrick Erickson Jr. and wife Amanda,  Attorney Bobby Erickson and fiancé Tori, Dr. Sarah Mitchem, Tyler Mitchem and fiancé Shelby, and Ethan Gray; great grandchildren, Eleanora and Elizabeth Erickson and Ryleigh Mitchem; brothers Leslie Beverly and Roger Beverly. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family would  like to thank Hospice of Southern WV for all of their care and support over the last month.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 2 PM with Rev. Orville Setliff officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial  Park in Beckley. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
