Geneva Kelley, beloved wife, daughter, mother and grandmother, age 62, of Beckley, WV passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024.
She was born on July 23, 1962 in Beckley, WV, and was the daughter of Rev. Loretta Taylor of Clear Creek, and the late Donald Taylor.
Geneva Kelley last worked at Bradley Elementary School as a teachers aide. In addition to her father Donald Taylor, she was preceded in death by her son Kris Kelley, and by her brother Johnny Taylor.
Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her devoted husband of 47 years, Blaine Kelley; beloved mother Rev. Loretta Taylor; her loving son Allen Don Kelley and his wife Nang; two grandchildren, Bristol Kelley and Aden Kelley; sister Donna Kay Dunbar and her husband Louis of Glen Daniel; sister-in-law Erma Taylor of Clear Creek and a special sister- in- law, Elaine Jarrett; a loving cousin Gina Overstreet of Clear Creek.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley, WV on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 1 PM with Rev. Michael Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Beckley, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 11AM until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Kent Taylor, Ethen Taylor, Jason Dunbar, Keith Dunbar, Clifton Ashley II and Michael Taylor.
