Gladys was a devoted member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic
Church where she became a helper with the "Ageless Wonders," a
"Senior Group" after the passing of her mother in May, 1992; where she
too was a member.
Gladys loved life and all it had to offer especially her family but

Aging. She loved a host of both old and new friends that she met there.
She also loved the luncheons and special dinners served there and games
that were played. Her husband, Johnny, volunteers there and at the VA
hospital. As a server he made many friends.
For years Gladys had what she called "Birthday Dinners" for her
family letting them choose what meals they wanted for their dinners and
also to choose their desserts, which was usually chocolate pie.
When she no longer could do crafts, she liked adult coloring
books. She colored with pencils in such beautiful colors in the designs
