Guy Louis Nish

Guy Louis Nish, age 74, of Beckley, WV passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 in Biloxi, Mississippi after a sudden illness.

Born on September 29, 1949 in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey and was the son of the late Francis Nish and Winifred Foley Nish.

Guy or "Louie" as he was known  by all  of his family and friends, was a well known auto salesman in the Beckley area, last working for Patriot Ford in Beckley. He was a member of  the Loyal Order of the Moose, Lodge #1606 in Beckley.

He had attended Sprague  Freewill Baptist Church, and was a US Air Force Veteran.  Guy enjoyed golfing, playing cards, and spending time with his  family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Linda Louise Ellison Nish.

Those survivors left to cherish his memory include his loving children, Matthew  Nish and companion Carrie Lilly of Beckley; Karen Nish Bell and husband Brian of Beckley; a grandson Aden Nish of Beckley; three brothers Robert Nish of New Jersey, Thomas Nish and his wife Nancy of New Jersey and Vincent Nish and wife Kathy of Ohio. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted to Celebrate the life of Guy Nish at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley, WV on Thursday,  April 25, 2024 at 2 PM with Pastor Roger Pauley officiating.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Beckley. Friends may visit with the family from noon  until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family members and  friends.
