Jeanne Sharon Moses

Jeanne Sharon Moses, of the Beckley area, went to be with her Lord on Friday, February 7, 2025.

Jeanne was born in Charleston, West Virginia to Osbra and Naomi Eye.

She was preceded in death by her father, her brother; Dennis Eye, and her sister; Rose Brown.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 49 years; Charlie Moses, her mother; Naomi, her sisters; Sherry Gay (Fred) and Debbie Sloan, and her brother; Mark Eye (Lisa). Jeanne, whose loyalty ran deep, was a staunch advocate for her family.

While attending college, Jeanne was a cheerleader and a member of the track and tumbling teams. She graduated with a degree in music.

She would later enter the Mrs. West Virginia pageant and was a runner up. She retired from her position as office manager at Chapman Technical Group in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. Jeanne loved the outdoors and spent many adventurous vacations hiking with her husband, Charlie.

Jeanne was a member of Daniels Bible Church. Prior to her illness, Jeanne was involved in the music ministry and the ministry of welcoming visitors. Her greatest joy came from working with the children, whom adored her. She was a person whose faith in God never faltered.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent in her memory to a local animal shelter.
