Jeffrey Daniel Keffer

Jeffrey Daniel Keffer, age 63, of Coal City, WV passed away at his home on Thursday, March 28,2024.

Born on December 8,1960 in Beckley, he was the son of Dolly Smith Keffer of Coal City, and the late Daniel Riley Keffer.

Jeff, as he was known by family and friends was a retired maintenance worker.  He was of the Baptist faith, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and taking care of his dogs.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by twin sons, and an infant brother Benjamin Lee Keffer.

Other than his mother, Dolly Keffer, survivors include a son Joseph Keffer of Coal City; two step sons, Jame Moore of Odd, and Adam Moore of Beckley; a brother Steven Keffer of Massillon, Ohio. Four step grandchildren, and 3 step great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley, WV on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 3 PM with Pastor Ron George officiating. Burial will follow at the Kincaid Cemetery at Kincaid, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 1 PM until 3 PM on Monday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and  friends.
