Jerry Wayne Mcdaniel

Jerry Wayne McDaniel, 71, of Midway, WV, passed away on May 1, 2024. He was born on March 15, 1953, in Madison, WV.

Jerry proudly served in the U.S. Army, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to his country.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra McDaniel, his children Traci Yoney, Joshua McDaniel, Amanda Sharpe, and Alexandria Alderman, as well as his grandchildren Mackenzie DeVillbiss, Maximus DeVillbiss, Matthias Devillbiss, Mason McDaniel, Avery McDaniel, Zadie McDaniel, and Eliza Sharpe. Jerry is also survived by his sister, Sherry Worley.

Jerry was preceded in death by his mother, Icie McDaniel, grandmother Zadie (Daniels) McDaniel, grandfather Tolbert Daniels, father Glen McDaniel, grandmother Rebecca McDaniel, grandfather Frank McDaniel, and sons Corey Michael McDaniel and Jeremiah McDaniel.

Family visitation will be at 12 pm, friends visitation will be at 1 pm service to follow at 2 pm at the Rose & Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Friday May 3, 2024. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley, WV. Family and friends are welcome to come to Beckley Praise Church for food after the service.

Jerry Wayne McDaniel will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his legacy of service and love will forever be remembered.
