Kimberly Jo Adkins

Kimberly Jo Adkins, age 64, of Beckley, WV passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at her home following a long illness.

Born on February 5, 1961 in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of the late Hershel Jarrett, and Jo Ann Harris and husband Bob of Meadow Bridge, WV.

Kimberly was a homemaker, and was of  the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed flower gardening when health allowed. Kimberly loved taking care of her dogs and cats.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister Tina Rice, and a brother Michael Jarrett.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her husband of 31  years, David Adkins; her mother Jo Ann Harris and husband Bob of Meadow  Bridge; two daughters, Alexis of Meadow Bridge, and Amber and husband Zane of Beaver; Grandchildren Sofi and Zoe;  a sister Patty Saunders of Alabama.

A Service to Celebrate the Life of Kimberly Jo Adkins will be held at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley, WV on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 3:00 PM with Rev. Larry Lilly officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services on Saturday at the funeral home.
