Larry Radford

James Larry Radford, better known as Larry Radford, of Piney View, WV passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026, following a difficult battle with Parkinson's Disease.

He had the kind of personality that anyone he met was his friend, and would be willing to give them the shirt off his back.

Larry was a hard worker in the construction field, and loved attending church, working on engines, and had a love for all animals. He was a member of the Stanaford New Beginnings Christian Church.

Larry was preceded in death by his father, Phillip "Steve" Radford, Sr., and mother Barbara Cole.

He is survived by a brother Phillip "Steve" Radford Jr. (Drema), and sisters Janie Painter and Marcia Cole.

The family would like to thank the staff of Raleigh Center for taking such good care of Larry. They were like his family.

Larry will have a private burial next to his father. He is at peace now in heaven.
