Larry Allen Scott

Larry Allen Scott, age 75, of Grandview,  WV passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital in Beckley.

Born on November 7, 1948 in Grandview,  he was the son of the late James Scott and Anna Ruth Holdren Scott.

Mr. Scott was a retired welder, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his  family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Claude and  Jeffrey Holdren.

Those survivors left to cherish his  memory include his wife of 52  years; Kathleen Mae Wallace Scott; His children, Jeremy Scott and wife Melissa of Wellford,  SC, and Cynthia Ann Scott of Grandview;  grandchildren, Ashley, Nicholas, Holly and Isabelle; a great grandchild Waylon; siblings, Joe Scott of Grandview,  Randy Scott and  wife Connie of Grandview, James Calhoun of  Mabscott,  Kay Pack and husband Terry of Fitzpatrick, Elaine Canaday and husband James of Crab Orchard, and Patricia Arthur and husband Rudy of Grandview. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
