Lillian E Oiler

Lillian Elizabeth "Lill" Oiler, age 76, of Cool Ridge, WV entered the arms of her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.

Born on September 29, 1948 in Cherry Creek, WV, she was the daughter of the late Joseph W. Chapman and Erma V. Taylor Chapman.

Mrs. Oiler was a homemaker, and a member of Cool Ridge Community Church. She enjoyed Christmas baking, cooking and crafting. She was a former cook at Judy's Family Restaurant at Ghent, WV.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Junior Oiler; three sisters, Helen J. Pack, Carol White, and Ethel Daniels.

Those survivors left to cherish Lill's memory include her daughter  Tonya Lynn Harold of Cool Ridge; her brother Jack W. Chapman (Frances) of Shady Spring; a brother-in-law Roger Daniels of Shady Spring, and many nieces and nephews.  She also leaves behind special friends, Sunny Redden, Vivian Lilly, Jeanne Kincaid and Carol Huber. Lill also leaves behind her furry friend and shadow, Prissy.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home Shady Spring Chapel on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at 2:00PM with Rev. Jim Jarrell officiating.  Burial will follow at the Mount View Cemetery at Cool Ridge, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 6:00 PM until 9 :00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
