Lucy Lena Frazier

Lucy Lena Walker Frazier, age 70, of Egeria, WV passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV.

Born on May 18, 1955 in Egeria, she was the daughter of the late Coy Reed and Nettie Osborne Reed.

Mrs. Frazier was a homemaker, loving mother and grandmother. Her life revolved around her children and grandbabies. She was of the Baptist faith, and enjoyed chicken farming, cooking, and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death  by her first husband, Weldon Walker; by brothers, Shedrick Reed, Bluford Reed, Lottie Blanchard, Avis Lusk, and Loretta Cadle.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her  husband Danny Frazier; children, Leon Walker of Egeria, Keith Walker and wife Lori of Egeria, Leona Hagerman and husband Clayton of Pax, Randy Cadle and wife Jo of Odd, and Timmy Cadle of Rhodell;  step children, Billie Walker of Egeria,  and Stephanie Frazier of Wyoming County. Sixteen grandchildren and fourteen  great grandchildren; siblings, Enoch Reed of Stephenson, Rachel Oliver of Illinois, Genie Robertson of Egeria, Bonnie Parson of Tennessee, Sally Meadows of Egeria, and Vannie Reed of Tennessee.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Lighthouse Community Church on Egeria Road, Flat Top, WV on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Arthur Dangerfield and Elder Keith Mills officiating. Burial will follow at the Walker-Hatcher Cemetery at Egeria, WV. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services on Sunday at the church.

Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
