Manuel Seijo

Manuel Seijo, age 64, of Grandview, WV passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on Friday, July 5, 2024.

Born on July 17, 1959 at Beckley, he was  the son of  the Marcial and Onorina Seijo.

Manuel retired in December of 2023 after 40 years of service with the WV Department of Environmental Protection in the Division of Mining and Reclamation /Inspection Supervisor and Enforcement Section as an Environmental Inspection Supervisor in  the Fayetteville, WV Office.

He was honorably discharged from the Army National Guard serving from 1979-1985.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lewis Seijo, sister Josephine Costanzo, and a sister Rose Seijo.

Those survivors left to cherish his memory include his wife of 40 years, Pam Darby Seijo; a son Tyler Seijo of South Charleston, WV; a daughter Lindsey (Nick) Boothe of Beaver, WV; grandchildren Millie,  Marra, and Mace Boothe of  Beaver.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Wednesday July 10, 2024 at 2 PM with Pastor Keith  Manning officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity, WV.  Friends may visit with the family from noon until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
