Mary Ilean Hall

Mary Ilean Hall, age 82, of Daniels, WV passed away at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV on Friday, June 19, 2026.

Born on July 26, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Dewey Basham and Bertha Alice Okes Basham.

Mrs. Hall was a homemaker, and was a member of White Oak Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Hall.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her son,  Mark Hall and wife Lee of Shady Spring;  three grandchildren,  Hunter Hall, Britney Hall and Nicholas Hall;  seven brothers, Junior Basham of Ellison Ridge,  Benny Basham and wife Delores of Ellison Ridge, Harold Basham and wife Ruth of Nimitz, Bobby Basham and wife Cheryl of Cool Ridge, Donnie Basham and wife Donna of Jumping Branch, Darrell Basham and wife Willa of Jumping Branch, and Roy Basham and wife Susan of  Ellison Ridge.  A sister Melba Basham of Ellison Ridge. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Amos E. Quesenberry Chapel of Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home in Shady Spring, WV on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM, with Elder Tom Pack officiating. Burial will follow at the Basham Cemetery at Panthers Knob, Ellison Ridge, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 PM until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
