Melva Mae Baldwin

Melva Mae Baldwin, age 70, of Bolt, WV passed away at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

Born on August 30, 1955 at Clear Creek, WV, she was the daughter of the late Nefy Hoke and Wavie Wiseman Hoke.

Mrs. Baldwin was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Danny Hoke.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her husband of 53 years, Leonard Baldwin; her children, Leonard Baldwin Jr. and wife Shirley of North Carolina, Mark Baldwin of Beckley, and Michael Baldwin of  Bolt; siblings, Kathern Williams of Crab Orchard, Jack Hoke and wife Juanita of North Carolina, Betty Baldwin and husband Bernard "Lonnie" of Bolt, Linda Renau of Ohio, and Rodney Hoke of Ohio. Three grandchildren, Kendra, Dakota and Emily; several great grandchildren also survive.

According to Mrs. Baldwin's personal wishes, no services will be held.
