Nancy Ann Lilly

Nancy Ann Lilly, age 71, of Ghent, WV passed away at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV on Sunday, March 8, 2026 following a one year illness.

Born on November 2, 1954 in Flat Top, she was the daughter of the late Dewey Lilly and Ruby Hatcher Lilly.

Mrs. Lilly had worked as a secretary for various automobile dealerships in the area, including Beckley Auto Mall, and Hometown Subaru. She also had previously worked at Elliott's Supermarket in Daniels. Mrs. Lilly had served as secretary at Flat Top Baptist Church for many years, where she also was a member of the church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lilly was preceded in death by her son Darrell Lilly; by brothers Ira, Robert, and Stevie Lilly.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her husband of 53 years, Wilbert Lilly; a daughter, Jessica Callaway and husband Elmer of White Oak; a brother Willie Lilly of Flat Top; a sister Lisa Matherly-Lilly and husband Carlos of Flat Top; grandchildren Dylan Callaway and wife Shyann of Irish Mountain, and Mila Lilly of Crab Orchard, WV; step grandson Jerry McCallister of Crab Orchard; great grandson David Darrell Callaway. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Amos E. Quesenberry Chapel of Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home at Shady Spring, WV on Thursday,  March 12, 2026 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Mike McQuillen officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be nephews, Scott, Eric, Shane, Jeff, and Adam Lilly, and Justin Matherly.
