Orpha Patricia O'Neal

Orpha Patricia O'Neal, age 60, of Cool Ridge, WV passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Princeton Community Hospital.

She was born on November 28, 1963 in Welch, WV, and was the daughter of the late Robert Ken Bailey and Bessie Atwell Bailey.

Mrs. O'Neal was a number one fan of Restore the Broken and Gracefully Broken praise and worship ministries.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Margarett Bailey and by a brother Robert Larry Bailey.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her husband of 38 years, Tracy O'Neal; four sisters, Nancy Williams, Betty Morgan, Christine Lester, and Tina Vance. A host of nieces, nephews, including a special nephew who was like a son to her, Chad Dayton Lester; other loving family and friends also survive.

In keeping with her wishes, she will be cremated.

Graveside rites and inurnment will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 6 PM at the Brewster's Cemetery, Indian Creek, WV.
