Pamela Harrington

Pamela Jean Harrington, 61, of Fairdale, WV passed away on November 2, 2024 after a long, and difficult fight against cancer.

Pam was born March 15, 1963 to Fred, and Billie Jean Buchanan. She is preceded in death by her mother and father.

She is survived by four siblings: Tammy Honaker, Brent, Brian, and Kenny Buchanan. She is also survived by her husband of 42 years, whom she dearly loved, Larry Harrington, as well as her son Ben Harrington and his wife Jennifer and her daughter Becky Underwood. She had 4 grandchildren Caleb and Courtney Harrington and Jaxon and Adalynn Green. Pam loved her family very much.

During the past year she also had the blessing of enjoying a beautiful friendship with Linda Kessler who has proved to be as the Bible describes at Proverbs 17:17 "a true friend who shows love at all times, and is born for times of distress."

Pam had a real passion for plants and flowers and certainly had an amazing green thumb. She also loved to put out bird feeders and watch all the different varieties that visited them. Pam was also a very determined and motivated person. When she set her mind to something she always achieved her goals.

One of her goals was reached in 2019 when she was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She looked forward to the hope of one day reuniting with her family and loved ones on a beautiful paradise earth as mentioned at Psalm 37:29.

Funeral services will be conducted at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 199 Gunter Road, Beckley, WV 25801 on Saturday, November 16th at 2:00 P.M.
