Patricia Ann Grubb, age 83, of Midway, WV, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital in Beckley, WV.
Born on July 13, 1941, in Jackson County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Pleasant Bert Jenkins and Pearl Ada Jenkins.
Mrs. Grubb was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed gardening, shopping at Walmart, and eating out at Tudor's Biscuit World.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Garland Grubb; by 12 brothers and sisters; a grandchild and three great grandchildren. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her children, Terri Deweese of Princewick, Jacqueline Harrah of Martinsville, VA, Janice Scott and husband Denny of Franklinville, NC, Ronald Deweese Jr. of Martinsville, VA, Roger Deweese and wife Rachel of Slab Fork, and Lisa Pauley of Martinsville, VA.
19 Grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley, WV on Monday March 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Debbie James officiating. Burial will follow at the Jenkins Family Cemetery at Sutton, WV. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services on Monday at the funeral home. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
