Patty Jo Harvey

Patty Jo (Holt) Harvey, age 78, of Maxwell Hill, went to her heavenly home Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

Patty was born on June 13, 1945, at Maple Meadow, and was the daughter of the late Corbet and Ruby Holt.

Patty was a graduate of Trap Hill High School class of 1963. Patty loved working in her garden, playing her piano and taught herself to play the harp. She loved playing golf with her loving husband and had recently taken up pickle ball which she was very excited about.

Patty was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Maxwell Hill Baptist Church for over 50 years and enjoyed singing in the choir for many years.

She was preceded in death by both parents, and brothers-in-law Tennis Estepp and Elvin Keaton.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 59 years, Okey Harvey, children Jeff (Jen) Harvey of Jersey City,NJ. Tonia (Scott) Mayher of Bluffton SC. Sisters Carol Keaton of Grandview, TN, Dotty Estepp of Blaine, Mn, Lois (Randy) Trump of Maple Fork. Granddaughter Mia (Fernando) Lossadaof Bluffton, SC.

While enjoying this past winter in South Carolina she acquired a special friend Oshima Moran.

Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm and a celebration of her life will be Monday, May 6 at 1pm at Maxwell Hill Baptist Church with Pastor Ken Killen Officiating.
