Reba Kay Brock

Reba Kay Brock , age 77, of Sophia, WV passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV.

Born on February 18, 1947 in Otsego, WV, she was the daughter of the late Adam Kester Mullins and Ruth Craig Mullins.

Reba, as she was known by family and friends, worked many years as a foster parent. She was a member of Beckley Church of God, and enjoyed watching and feeding wild birds. Reba also enjoyed  cooking.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Edward Mullins; an infant sister Regina Lynn Mullins.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her son, Robert K. Brock of Sophia, siblings Bob Mulleins of Whitakers, NC, Rachel Dove of Garner, NC, and Frances McDonald and husband "Mac" of Wake Forest, NC; dear friend Karen Adkins and Zoey Smith of Sophia; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity, WV at 11 AM with a Celebration of Life to follow from 1230 PM-230 PM at the Beckley Church of God, 2211 S. Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV.
