Richard Dorsey Lilly

On Saturday, August 3, 2024, Richard Dorsey Lilly passed unexpectedly in Prince Frederick, Maryland. Richard was 84 years old.

Currently living in North Beach, MD Richard leaves behind his loving wife of 26 years Louvonnie (Bonnie) Lilly, his two sons Richard Keith Lilly (Debbie) (Willard's, MD), Bartley Kevin Lilly (Rebecca) (North Beach, MD), stepchildren Wendy Boardman (John) and Jerry Massie (Lety). His grandchildren, Richard Keith Jr. (Stefanie), Justin Allen Lilly (Brandy), Bartley Kevin Lilly Jr., Nicholas Joseph Lilly (Ashley), several step grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Also surviving are his siblings, Macks Lilly (Becky), Retta Phillips, Mary Marrs, John Lilly and Roger Lilly as well as numerous well-loved nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Linda Lou Lilly, daughter Kimberly Lilly, son Klay Lilly, his parents Lucy Mae and Cecil William Lilly, a granddaughter, Kimberly Lilly and several siblings.

Richard was much loved and will be sorely missed by many.

Visitation will be held at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Chapel, Shady Spring, WV, on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 10 AM -11 AM. Graveside rites and burial will follow at Epling Cemetery, Camp Creek, WV at 11:30 AM.
