Robert William Snuffer, Jr.

Robert William Snuffer Jr., age 72, of Workman's Creek, WV passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at CAMC Specialty Hospital in Charleston, WV.

Born on February 22, 1954 in Beckley, he was the son of the late Robert William Snuffer Sr., and the late  Reathel Kathleen Atha Snuffer.

Mr. Snuffer was a retired coal miner, and a member of the UMWA. He was a member of Workman's Creek Methodist Church, and enjoyed painting cars, restoring cars, and loved  to fish.

Those survivors left to cherish his memory include his wife of nearly 50 years, Donna Elaine Dillon Snuffer; his children, Shaun Snuffer and wife Jamee of Artie; Allison Jamison and husband Melvin of Beckley; a sister Debbie Farley and husband Dennis of Cool Ridge; six grandchildren, Patrick Snuffer, Makayla Hensley and husband Eli, Austin Jamison, Alisha Snuffer, Peyton Nelson, and  Katelyn Nelson; a great  grandson Lucas Hensley.

A Memorial Service To Celebrate The Life of Robert William Snuffer Jr. will be held at the Amos E. Quesenberry Peace Chapel of Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home in Beckley, WV on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM with Rev. Gary Maynor officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior  to the services on Saturday at the funeral home.
