Terry Mason Lane

Terry Mason Lane, age 63, of Cool Ridge, WV, passed away at his home on Friday, December 20, 2024.

Born on July 2, 1961 in Harrison, Mississippi, he was the son of the late Mason and Ann Coburn Lane.

Terry, as he was known by family and friends, was a brick mason. He was a man of many  talents, who enjoyed farming and mechanic  work. Terry enjoyed hunting, and hot rod cars.

In addition to his parents, Mason and Ann Lane, he was preceded in death by brother, Rick Lane; grandparents, John and Judith Lane; grandparents, Darrell and Dora Coburn; stepson, Jason Propps.

Those survivors left to cherish his memory include his long-time companion, Mandy Marroquin;  granddaughter, Emma McDaniel; step daughter, Tiffany Stover of Beckley; step son, Tyler Pierce and wife Abby of Morgantown; brother, Michael Lane and wife Karen of Locust, NC; Nephew, Robert Lane and wife Jessica of Cool  Ridge; great niece and nephew, Brody and Oakley of Cool Ridge; a sister-in-law, Kim Lane of Cool Ridge; a special cousin, Cora Pack of Cool Ridge. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Terry also leaves behind special friends, Austin and Scotti Weis, Joey Severino, and all of his friends at the "D.D.B" at Lakefront Grocery.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home Shady Spring Chapel on Monday, December 23, 2024 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Orville Setliff officiating. Burial will follow at the Mount View Cemetery at Cool Ridge, WV.  Friends may visit with the family from noon until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
