Tina Marie Lewis

Tina Marie Lewis, age 61, of Danese, WV passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on May 15, 1964 in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Jack Bauer and Virginia Ruth Cummings Bauer.

Tina, as she was known by her family and friends, was a former dry wall installer, and care giver.

She was of  the Holiness faith, and enjoyed Bible Study in her home. Tina loved gardening, planting flowers, and taking care of her dogs. She also enjoyed hunting for ginseng.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Randy Bauer and Eddie Webber; a great grandchild, Mason Lee Farley.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her husband, and companion for over 20 years, John Westley Lewis; three children, Jeremy Patton and wife Jennifer of Lester, Christopher Patton and wife Amber of Kentucky, and Jessica Patton and husband Steven Pack of Ansted; step children, Kelly Marie Brown and husband Michael of Meadow Bridge, Weston Lee Lewis of Beckley, Terri Lynn Hart and husband Brian of Stanaford, and John Mitchell Goff of New York; a niece who was like her own daughter, Adida Schmidt and husband Frank of Somerset, Ky; 20 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren  also  survive.

A Celebration Of Life Service will be held at the Amos E. Quesenberry Peace Chapel of Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home in Beckley, WV on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 7:00 PM with Pastor Debra Minor officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 PM until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
