Wallace “Wally” Floyd Price, Ii

Wallace Floyd Price II, age 73, of Cool Ridge, WV passed away at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital in Beckley, WV on Friday, January 2, 2026.

Born on March 27, 1952 in Beckley, he was the son of the late Wallace Floyd Price and Lydia Victoria Wilson Price.

Wally, as he was known by his family and friends, was a retired sales representative for DEVCON Inc. He was a member of Glade Community Church at Glade Springs, WV. Wally enjoyed music, fishing and spending time with his loving family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by special aunt and uncle, Sis and Gene Wallace; by grandson Tanner Fink.

Those survivors left to cherish his memory include his wife of nearly 10 years, Lora Shiflett Price; his children, Erica Price of Milton, WV, and Erin Fink and husband Shannon of Milton, WV; a step daughter Jamie Smith of Buxton, NC; a brother Kelly Price of Cincinnati, OH; four grandchildren, Hunter Price and wife Alondra, Bailey Fink, Garland Midgette III, and Tyler Midgette; two great grandchildren, Josiah Price and Juniper Price.

A host of friends also survive.

According to Wally's personal request, there will be no services held at this time.
