Frances Nadine Mills

Frances Nadine Mills, age 76, of Beckley, WV passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley,  surrounded by her loved ones.

Born on July 27, 1944 at Helen, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harley Vaughn Blevins and Deamie Elizabeth Testament Blevins.

Frances was a homemaker, and was of the Christian faith. She loved cooking and reading in her spare time; and always enjoyed spending quality time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, Jackie Lee Bailey; her life partner, Harold Ross, by daughter, Linda Sue Bailey, a sister, Patsy Blevins, and brothers, Lawrence, Sammie, Ernest, and Jimmie Blevins.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her children, Frances D. Osborne and her husband Bruce,  Vickie Ferguson and her husband Jammie, Darrell Bailey, and Danny Bailey;  grandchildren, Kimberly Hanks and her husband Daniel Hanks, Tabitha Walters and her husband Ethan Walters,  Corey Osborne, and Joseph Bailey. Brothers, Jessie Howard Blevins and his wife Janet,  Jerry Blevins and his wife Frances, Harley Jr. Blevins  and his wife Sandra, and Robert Blevins. Other grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.

A Celebration of Memories Service of the life of Frances Nadine Mills will be held at Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Monday, October 12, 2020 at 2PM. Friends may gather with the family from 1 PM until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Beckley.

Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed as mandated by the Governor of the State of WV.
