David Quesenberry
Owner/Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer
David is the son of the founders of Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Homes, the late Amos E. and Frances V. Quesenberry. After graduating from Mortuary School in 1979, David went on to follow in his parents' footsteps and started to serve his community. David enjoys spending time with his family and is proud of the legacy that his parents left.

William E. Bowles
Senior Funeral Director and Embalmer/LIC
Bill joined the staff of Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Chapels on November 1, 1979. He obtained his Mortuary Science degree from the Beckley College School of Mortuary Science in 1979. Bill served his apprenticeship under the tutelage of the founder of Rose and Quesenberry, Amos E. Quesenberry. He has served families in Raleigh County and surrounding areas for 45 years now. Bill is the Licensee in Charge and has served as a board member for the W.V. Board of Funeral Service Examiners, as well as serving in every capacity for the once Greenbrier District of the West Virginia Funeral Directors Association.

Frances A. Quesenberry is the daughter of David Quesenberry and the granddaughter of the late Amos and Frances V. Quesenberry. Born and raised in Beckley, WV, she is a graduate of Marshall University. Frances is proud to carry on the legacy of her family by being the third generation of funeral directors in the Quesenberry family.

Sandy Evans has been the Pre-Need and After Care Specialist at Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Homes for over 18 years. She has served numerous families in the funeral industry since 1986. Sandy joined the Rose and Quesenberry family in 2007 and brought with her expertise and a smiling face. Mrs. Evans specializes in pre-needs and filling out appraisements, insurance forms, U.M.W.A., and other services. She is the daughter of Carlos and Ruth Barley-Lilly, the wife of Todd Evans, the proud mother of three children, and a doting grandmother of four grandchildren.
